Warranty and Returns
If a refund is requested for a back-ordered or pre-ordered item, a refund will be given in form of store credit only.
This form of refund is because the number of preorders determines how much material is needed and ordered for the run of parts. This is an upfront cost that has already been paid for.
Unfortunately, defects exist, and failures occur. If within the first 30 days after delivery, if any part fails you are eligible for a complete repair and replacement at no cost. If within the first 90 days, if any part fails you are eligible for repair and replacement at cost of parts. After 90 days, the warranty is not eligible. Warranty is only valid if original items are sent to Smolik Performance for repair.
Any damaged items due to shipping, we must be contacted within 30 days. After 30 days, no replacements will be given.
To return your product, please email email@example.com. All refunds will be given after items are returned and fully processed. All returned items must be in original brand-new condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
