Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from confirmed delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Be unused and uninstalled
Be in the original condition and packaging
Include proof of purchase

Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Returns must be authorized before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs and any associated import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

All approved returns are subject to a restocking and processing fee. Domestic returns will incur a 10% fee, and international returns will incur a 15% fee. This fee covers payment processing, inspection, restocking, and administrative costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Installed or used mechanical parts
Custom builds
AS-IS items
Sale items
Gift cards
Personalized products

Store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

Mechanical / Performance Parts Disclaimer

Due to the nature of performance and engine components:

Improper installation is not considered a product defect.
Damage caused by incorrect tuning, assembly errors, lack of lubrication, or incompatible parts is not covered.
Modification of parts voids return eligibility.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Damaged or Defective Items

All damage or defect claims must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Claims must include:

Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging (for shipping damage)
Description of the issue

Failure to report damage within 7 days may result in denial of the claim.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the original item must first be returned unused and pass inspection. Once approved, a replacement may be issued or a new order may be placed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancelation

Canceled orders are subject to a processing fee. Domestic orders canceled after placement will incur a 5% fee, and international orders will incur a 10% fee. These fees cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.

To ensure a fair process for all customers, Smolik Performance reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy. Items that are used, installed, modified, damaged, or returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
