Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from confirmed delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and uninstalled

In the same condition as received

In original packaging

With proof of purchase
Any item that has been installed, modified, used, or shows signs of installation will not be eligible for return.

Returns must be authorized before being sent.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Mechanical / Performance Parts Disclaimer
Due to the nature of performance and engine components:

Improper installation is not considered a product defect.

Damage caused by incorrect tuning, assembly errors, lack of lubrication, or incompatible parts is not covered.

Modification of parts voids return eligibility.
We strongly recommend professional installation.
Damaged or Defective Items
All damage or defect claims must be reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Claims must include:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of packaging (if shipping damage)

Description of the issue
Failure to report damage within 7 days may result in denial of the claim.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item:

The original item must be returned unused and inspected.

Once approved, a replacement may be issued or a new order may be placed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
