Shipping Policy
We are a very small part-time shop, and as much as we'd love to get everything out the next day or two, it's not always possible. Please understand that we will get everything shipped as soon as we can!
Most orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Engines and bottom ends may take up to 30 business days to allow time for building.
All preorders or back-ordered products will be processed as specified in their descriptions.
Once the carrier marks a package as 'Delivered,' Smolik Performance is not responsible for stolen or missing items.
Domestic Shipping Rates
For orders under $30: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For orders over $30: We offer free shipping.
International Shipping
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to customs fees or import taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Smolik Performance is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at smolikperformance@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
